TOL slow to respond or unresponsive

Thrive Online was very slow to load menus / respond or in some instances unresponsive. The main cache memory utilized for menu presentation had one of the underlying servers become non responsive causing the outage. While we have rectified the situation , we are still investigating the root cause of why the server went down.
